Returns
We hope you love your order, but if something’s not quite right, you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. This means:

No signs of wear, use, or damage (including scratches, stains, or marks)

All original tags and components included

Returned securely to prevent damage in transit
- Resaleable condition
Please note, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are returned outside the 14-day window.
How to return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@partnerinwine.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with the return address and any next steps.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your order and place a new one.
Faulty items
We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos and a description so we can make it right.
Our products are covered by manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year after purchase. This does not include wear and tear, or items that are broken due to misuse.
Personalised Orders
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order, it unfortunately cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
We always try to ensure that the images of products on our website are as realistic as possible and that the product details include all the information you need to decide if the item is suitable for you.

Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you have one hour from the time you receive your order confirmation email to do so, otherwise we will have already processed your order.
If you wish to cancel your order after the time in which your order can be cancelled, you will be responsible for paying any return postage fees.
