If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, please email us: info@partnerinwine.co.uk
We accept returns within 28 days of purchase.
Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, in original condition, unused. Picnic Blankets must be rolled up as per their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of their return, and must send it on an adequate service that insures the value of the order. We regrettably cannot be held responsible for items that go missing on their way back to us.
Refunds will be made once the item/s arrive with us and they have been inspected. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our products are covered by manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year after purchase. This does not include wear and tear, or items that are broken due to misuse.
Personalised Orders
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order, it unfortunately cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
We always try to ensure that the images of products on our website are as realistic as possible and that the product details include all the information you need to decide if the item is suitable for you.
Please ensure you email us on info@partnerinwine.co.uk before placing your order should you have any questions.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel your order, you have one hour from the time you receive your order confirmation email to do so, otherwise we will have already processed your order.
If you wish to cancel your order after the time in which your order can be cancelled, you will be responsible for paying any return postage fees.
