Once you have placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. If you've not received this please check your junk folder, and mark it as 'safe' or move to inbox to receive further order updates.
Once your item has been shipped, we’ll send you another email to let you know it’s on it’s way.
As a guide, we aim to have your order packed as quickly as we can - usually within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 12pm (BST) are processed the next working day (does not include weekends) and orders are processed Monday-Friday.
Bank holidays: please note that our fulfilment and customer service is closed during bank holidays. Any orders placed during a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
Please order as early as possible to avoid disappoint.
Guaranteed delivery for Personalised orders closes on 15th December.
Royal Mail are extremely busy at this time of year, and can be subject to delays depending on how busy your local depot is at this time. If your order has not arrived, please read the guidelines at the bottom of this page for next steps.
Royal Mail will be collecting last orders for the following services from our warehouse:
Royal Mail 48 Tracked - 20th December
Royal Mail 24 Tracked & Guaranteed before 1pm next day service - 21st December
If you order after this date we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
All deliveries within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail.
Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days from the dispatch confirmation email.
Next day delivery: 1-2 working days from the dispatch confirmation email.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 12pm (UK Time) are processed the next working day. Next day delivery orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
If you have a personalised item as part of your order, please note that this is shipped seperately to the rest of your order and will not arrive in the same parcel.
International & European delivery
For orders placed outside the UK, we ship via Parcel Force. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on which country your parcel is being shipped to.
Please note: Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.
Sometimes international packages can get stuck in customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control and so delivery times may be a little longer than stated. You will however be able to track your package and see delivery updates to keep up to date on when it will be delivered to you.
For UK customers, orders not received within 10 business days since the order was placed, and for International customers orders not received within 20 business days, please contact us.
