Once you have placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. Once your item has been shipped, we’ll send you another email to let you know it’s on it’s way.
As a guide, we aim to have your order packed as quickly as we can - usually within 24 hours.
The Partner in Wine is the perfect gift, and if you've entered a birthday gift message, we'll pop a sticker on the box to let them know not to open until their birthday!
Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) are processed the next working day (does not include weekends) and orders are processed Monday-Friday.
All deliveries within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail.
Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days from the dispatch confirmation email.
Next day delivery: 1-2 working days from the dispatch confirmation email.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm (UK Time are processed the next working day) Next day delivery orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
UK Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates
24 hour delivery - Tuesday 21st December at 1pm
48 hour delivery - Friday 17th December at 1pm
Please note, to give our fulfilment team a well-deserved break over the festive period, any orders placed after 1pm on the 24th December will not be fulfilled until 4th January.
International & European delivery
For orders placed outside the UK, we ship via Parcel Force. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on which country your parcel is being shipped to.
Please note: Overseas shipments are sometimes subject to delays due to the delivery country’s customs. You are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.
Sometimes international packages can get stuck in customs. Unfortunately this is out of our control and so delivery times may be a little longer than stated. You will however be able to track your package and see delivery updates to keep up to date on when it will be delivered to you.
For UK customers, orders not received within 10 business days since the order was placed, and for International customers orders not received within 20 business days, please contact us.
